Billing Module
The new Billing Module does all of your
billing AUTOMATICALLY. When you write a session note, the charge
is automatically recorded. Bill printing is as simple as
pressing a button.
Three separate bill formats are available:

The new CMS-1500, which replaces the
HCFA-1500 (the standard, universally accepted insurance
form,) and is mandatory as of April 2, 2007. Notes 444
prints the CMS-1500 on plain paper; there are no forms to
buy.

A Co-Pay bill, designed for your patient,
indicating the amount anticipated form the insurance
company, their fee responsibility, any payment made, and
both total and patient responsible balances.

A No-Insurance bill, for patients without
third-party payer involvement.
The new Billing Module is powerful enough to
allow you to enter different fees for each CPT code and patient,
and automatically calculate their co-pay share.
Print either individual bills or batch print
your entire practice with the press of a button.
